On October 15th, 2008, Cobepa, NPM Capital and the foundation controlled by former and current employees, sold their entire stake in Dutch HWS wholesaler Vegro to the Solar Group, one of Northern Europe’s largest technical wholesalers with annual revenues of € 1,367m in 2007.
