Appointment of Jim Fasone as an Operating Advisor for Cobepa

Cobepa SA ("Cobepa"), a global private equity firm, announced the appointment of Jim Fasone, an experienced financial services consultant, entrepreneur and investor, as an Operating Advisor for the firm.
