The programme included dedicated sessions for the CEOs of our portfolio companies. Nils van Dam and Rita McGrath delivered keynote presentations on how to lead organisations through uncertain times. Their insights provided valuable guidance that CEOs can take back to their teams and apply within their own business contexts.
A Closer Look at HG International’s Strategic Journey
Later in the programme, Karel Vandamme, CEO of HG International, addressed our shareholders with a presentation of HG’s manifesto, vision and strategy. Participants also experienced an avant-première unveiling of HG’s new brand identity, along with live demonstrations of the company’s products.
