Cobepa Publishes 2025 Results: Resilient Growth with Double-Digit Portfolio Performance
Brussels, 24 April 2026 -- We are pleased to publish our Annual Report 2025. This year’s theme, “Fixed Points, Forward Motion,” reflects the dynamic of maintaining strong reference points while also moving forward with speed and conviction. It is this balance that anchors our decisions and drives our results.
Solid results reflecting disciplined execution
Our Net Asset Value remains a key reference point of our performance. In 2025, our NAV reached €5.5bn, delivering a 5.7% total return, reflecting the strength of our portfolio and the consistency of our approach despite the currency headwinds. We also saw our consolidated net profit double versus last year exceeding €200m.
A resilient portfolio driving value creation
At the core of our performance is our portfolio that continues to build and compound value. In 2025, our companies delivered 11% value creation at constant exchange rates, reflecting their resilience and the strength of their underlying fundamentals. We continued to strengthen our portfolio through targeted add-on acquisitions, representing over €150m in EBITDA, working hand in hand with the management teams who drive these businesses.
We also maintained a steady pace of activity completing three new investments, including two in the US, representing over for a total of €500m in capital deployed.
Beyond financial performance, we continue to foster alignment across our ecosystem. Initiatives such as our COBEPULSE event reinforce connection between our teams, shareholders and portfolio companies.
Our distinctive model empowering our ambitions for the future
A defining milestone in 2025 was our €500m capital increase of which €250m has already been paid up. This reflects the continued trust of our shareholders and reinforces our distinctive and more than ever relevant position in the private equity market, placing us in a strong position to continue capturing opportunities that deserve our conviction.
