Cobepa increases its stake in Zetes to 23%
In early April 2012, Cobepa acquired the stake of KBC Private Equity in Zetes (i.e. relating to 4.5% of total shares).
Cobepa increased its stake in Zetes to 23.0% by acquiring 243,998 shares from KBC Private Equity.
Zetes is a leading European system integrator and provider of innovative supply chain, identification and mobility solutions and services which continues to further extend its growth and service offering in both goods and people identification solutions worldwide.
