Cobepa welcomes Alexia Duquesne as Legal Counsel

Dual qualified in Brussels and New York, Alexia trained and worked as a corporate attorney with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

Alexia spent over six years at Cleary Gottlieb LLP, in both the Brussels and New York offices, advising on cross-border deals across sectors. More recently, Alexia was with Hodgson Russ LLP in Toronto, where she supported clients on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters.
Alexia is a graduate of the University of Liège (Master in Law) and NYU School of Law where she completed a LLM.
