Eagle Fire Completes Acquisition of Harris Security Systems
January 7, 2026, Ozark, AL - Eagle Fire Inc. (“Eagle Fire”), a portfolio company of Cobepa SA (“Cobepa”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Harris Security Systems (“Harris Security”), a trusted provider of security and life safety solutions based in Ozark, Alabama.
Harris Security is a locally owned and operated security provider that has served customers across South Alabama for more than 25 years. The company delivers customized residential and commercial security solutions, including security systems and monitoring, video surveillance, access control, fire detection, and medical emergency response services. This partnership further strengthens Eagle Fire’s presence in Alabama while expanding its security service capabilities in the region.
The addition of Harris Security marks Eagle Fire’s 12th acquisition to date and the first since partnering with Cobepa in July 2025, reinforcing the company’s disciplined growth strategy focused on expanding service offerings, deepening technical expertise, and extending its geographic footprint across the Southeast.
