Gen II Successfully Closes the Acquisition of Crestbridge, Reaching +$1 Trillion of Assets Under Administration
New York, NY and St Helier, Jersey, 16 April 2024 - Gen II Fund Services, LLC has announced the successful close of the acquisition of Crestbridge, a premier European provider of private capital fund administration services. The agreement was initially signed in July 2023, and following customary regulatory approvals, the transaction has now successfully closed. The acquisition expands Gen II’s global footprint and broadens its product capabilities. In addition, it increases Gen II’s assets under administration to over $1 trillion and creates a roster of more than 1,700 professionals.
The acquisition adds jurisdictional reach to the UK, Jersey, Ireland, and other international markets and adds to Gen II’s presence in Luxembourg, positioning it as one of the world’s largest, independent private capital fund administrators.
