Hillebrand, the world leading forwarding, transport and logistics provider to the alcoholic beverage industry, (non-hazardous) bulk liquids industry and other products that require special care, officially announces its acquisition of a majority stake in VignoblExport; a leading service provider in small quantity logistics of alcoholic beverages. The French based company provides a world-class service offering, supported by proprietary digital solutions, to both businesses and consumers worldwide. Hillebrand holds an option to acquire the remaining shares in the company.

Hillebrand already offers small quantity logistics services to the alcoholic beverages industry. VignoblExport’s strong market reputation, large customer base and unique service capabilities will strengthen Hillebrand’s current offering and allow it to service end-consumers directly. With Hillebrand as new majority owner, VignoblExport is able to expand its operations to other countries by leveraging the extensive global Hillebrand network. Both companies will employ their expertise and resources to further expand the business on a global scale.
