JF Hillebrand acquires Satellite Logistics Group

As announced on November 25th 2013, Satellite Logistics Group (SLG), a company specialized in reverse logistics solutions and related services for the beer and beverage industry, was acquired by JF Hillebrand. SLG is headquartered in Houston, Texas.

SLG is a leading supply chain solution provider for the beer and beverage industry serving many leading import and domestic brewing companies, as well as importers and beer wholesalers. Its registered supply chain solutions include Kegspediter® keg management, LogiTrax® transportation management and EcoBev® beverage disposal. The company's clientele is spread across North America, Latin America and Europe.

Satellite Logistics has experienced steady organic growth under the leadership of president, CEO and original owner Kevin Brady since the company was established in 1984. Effective today, SLG becomes a majority owned subsidiary of JF Hillebrand and will continue to operate as Satellite Logistics Group.
