Legal Counsel Alexia Duquesne

Alexia is a graduate of the University of Liège (Master in Law) and NYU School of Law, where she completed her LL.M. as a Belgian American Educational Foundation Scholar.  She began her career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she worked for six years in both Brussels and New York, focusing on corporate law, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

Alexia also held research and teaching positions at NYU and the Université libre de Bruxelles. Prior to joining Cobepa in 2025, Alexia worked as a senior associate at a U.S. law firm in Toronto.
