Director Jon Laifer

Jon is a Director at Cobepa focused on healthcare investments. He joined Cobepa’s New York office in 2025. Prior to Cobepa, Jon was a Principal at Arsenal Capital Partners in New York, where he focused on control buyouts in healthcare. He has held board roles and portfolio company responsibilities for Rancho BioSciences, CellCarta, BioIVT, Care Advantage, Gemini Bio, Precision Diagnostics, and NavaDerm. Previously, he was a Vice President at BelHealth Investment Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Before that, he was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs in New York. Jon holds a BBA with honors from Emory University and an MBA with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
