Director Justin Cook

Justin joined Cobepa’s New York office in 2024 as a Director focused on Business services. Justin has worked in the industry since 2013, most recently at Partners Group in both Denver and New York City initially as a private equity generalist and then focused on majority buyout transactions of technology companies. Prior to Partners Group, Justin was a private equity investor at Incline Equity Partners in Pittsburgh focused on majority buyout transactions of middle market business services and industrial companies. Prior to Incline he worked at BMO Capital Markets in investment banking in San Francisco and Deloitte as a Consultant in New York City. He has had board representation and portfolio company coverage of Idera, GlobalLogic, Fond du Lac Cold Storage, Lynx Franchising (fka Premium Franchise Brands), Rotating Machinery Services, Elevated (fka Oracle Elevator), Revolution Dancewear. Justin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a concentration in Accounting.
