ANT and SGG join forces
SGG, a leading player in fund and corporate services in Luxembourg, has reached an agreement with the shareholders of ANT Trust and Services N.V. to join forces. The combined entity, SGG - ANT, employs more than 500 professionals and has a turnover in excess of EUR 80 million.
ANT is the Netherlands' 4th largest player: it specializes in corporate and administrative services, fund administration for the Private Equity and Real Estate industries, international corporations, wealthy families and entrepreneurs. ANT is also a leading specialist in administration services for major listed companies.
SGG Holdings S.A. has acquired 100 % of the shares in ANT. ANT's top management remains strongly invested in the new entity. The company's management and staff will keep on serving their existing clients and long-standing relationships.
Being part of a larger group will give ANT and SGG's clients access to additional value-added services in 14 countries (Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Malta, Cyprus, Hong Kong, China, the USA and Curaçao, to name a few).
This alliance will allow ANT and SGG's partners and clients to leverage the Dutch and Luxembourg leaders' networks. The combination of SGG and ANT's forces brings the SGG Group towards its objective to become a global leader in fund administration and corporate services. ANT and SGG's combined operations strengthen the group's ability to serve clients in their internationalization efforts and contribute to the further interconnection between countries with open economies.
The original founding partners of SGG, Carlo Schlesser and Serge Krancenblum will steer the group as Chairman and CEO, respectively. ANT leaders, André Nagelmaker and Adrie Beerepoot, will join the Group Management Committee as Head of International Business Development and Group CFO, respectively.
