Corporate services

SGG has developed internal resources which enable it to offer a comprehensive solutions package to its corporate clients. Analyzing customers' needs, SGG determines the best options in terms of structuring for the acquisition of companies, fundraising, treasury management, securitization or setting up pension funds or stock option plans. It also incorporates the proposed solutions in the appropriate jurisdictions. In addition, SGG offers registered office and operational management services such as bookkeeping, secretarial services, administrative management, directorship and others.

Family office services

SGG’s accountants, tax and legal advisors provides mapping of private clients' assets and the analysis of their needs and objectives in order to determine the family’s priorities on the level of wealth engineering. The company’s solutions include structuring private assets to adapt to the family situation, transfer of private and professional assets, succession planning, wealth protection and transfer of residence services. SGG incorporates the proposed solutions in holding companies, trusts, foundations, investment funds or life insurance contracts.

Majority shareholder

Cobepa acquired a majority stake of 77% in SGG from BIP Investment Partners in December 2010. Astorg acquired SGG from Cobepa in February 2016.
