Cobepa acquires a majority stake in SGG

On 3 November 2010, Cobepa signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in SGG, a major player for corporate, fund and family office services.

Cobepa has signed today an agreement to acquire a majority stake in SGG further to the disposal of BIP Venture Partners' participation. This transaction is subject to the approval of the CSSF, the Luxembourg financial regulation authority, and should be effective before year-end.

The entire management of SGG remains strongly invested alongside Cobepa.
