Olfa Zorgati Joins Cobepa as Operating Advisor
Brussels, 27 April 2026 – We are pleased to announce that Olfa Zorgati is joining Cobepa as Operating Advisor. She brings two decades of leadership experience across large public and private companies, adding strong operational and technology insights to how Cobepa partners with management teams on growth and transformation.
Olfa Zorgati has held senior executive roles in various founder-led, investor-backed and publicly listed companies in B2B SaaS, technology, media, and e-commerce sectors. Most recently, she was Group CEO of ESI Group, where she led a company‑wide turnaround, sharpened the strategic focus and materially improved recurring revenues and profitability. She also oversaw the delisting of the company and its integration following its acquisition by Keysight Technologies.
Earlier, she held leadership roles at MetaPack and VentureBeat, as well as several executive positions within the Vivendi Group, where she led major M&A and transformation initiatives. Her experience spans Europe and the United States and other international markets.
